On this page (together with the documents referred to in it) are the general terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) which apply to the domain www.dualnordics.com (the “Site”) and all sub-domains of the Site. The Site is operated by DUAL Europe GmbH www.dualgroup.com. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

By using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from accessing or using the Site.

Please note that the Site is intended for use by residents of Denmark, Iceland, Norway and Sweden whilst in those countries only. It is not applicable to residents or investors of other countries because the law in other countries may restrict the distribution of the information and products on the Site. For the avoidance of doubt none of the information on the Site constitutes an offer to contract in any country in which it is accessed, including (without limitation), Denmark, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.

Definitions

“DUAL” “we” and “our” means DUAL Europe GmbH, a company with limited liability incorporated in Germany, with its registered address at Shanzenstrasse 36 / Gebäude 197, 51063 Cologne and registered as an insurance agency with the Cologne Chamber of Commerce and Industry with registration number D-O7LW-M0WIB, and which also offers and performs insurance distribution services through its branches in Sweden, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

“Material” means the contents of the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, links, codes and data.

Accessing the Site

We will endeavour to ensure that the Site is accessible for 24 hours a day but will not be liable if‚ for any reason‚ the Site is unavailable for any time or for any period. DUAL will have the right to suspend access to or withdraw or restrict access to some parts this website temporarily or permanently and without notice.

DUAL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising in contract‚ tort or otherwise if the Site is unavailable or suspended for any reason.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

What you are allowed to do

You may only use the Site for personal use and when accessing the Site must comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and any other policies that are on the Site and/or which apply to the use of particular parts of the Site and/or products and services which are available from time-to-time.

However‚ because of the nature of the Internet‚ there may be circumstances in which errors occur within the information. Consequently, DUAL makes no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of any information on the Site and cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions within it.

Viruses, hacking and other offences

DUAL may delay enforcing its rights under these Terms and Conditions without losing them. DUAL will not be liable to you for any breach of these Terms and Conditions which arises because of any circumstances which DUAL cannot reasonably be expected to control.

You agree that DUAL may sub-contract the performance of any of its obligations or may assign these Terms and Conditions or any of its rights or obligations without giving you notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cologne in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with a visit to the Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
